Micky Exchange 2007 - Create user in ADUC, create mailbox in ESM Console, then choose to link or not to link.
Micky like to change stuff - they know they can't change too much, and they also know changing interface is just not enough. So they only change things in within over and over again, you learned Exchange 5.5 10 years ago - you will know how things gonna work in Exchange 2007.

You can actually create a new user and provision a mailbox at the same time from the ESM 2007 interface. One step wizard process some more.
someone created an user without mailbox, i mounted one for that user by going to... ESM. It used to be at ADUC itself.
